We work closely with members and the people supporting them, recognising and monitoring key transitions in their lives, to directly address members’ individual support plans and help them achieve their outcomes.
By providing a safe, friendly and supportive environment in which to make friends and have fun, we enable members to gain confidence and learn the life skills to become more independent and contribute to society.
