Cookery, health and well being
Our members will learn about budgeting, healthy eating, food types, foods tastings, shopping and budgeting.
This will include following a recipe, using scales to measure out ingredients, use utensils appropriately, use appliances safely, be able to set timings and taste testing. We explore healthy eating options and the new developments in food choices provided by vegetarian and vegan alternatives, as well as home grown produce.
