At Inspire, we co-design and co-produce services in partnership with members.
The range of activities we offer has always been shaped by the wishes of Inspire members, and consultation is the foundation to the success of our services. This model of co-production has resulted in a learning programme that is innovative, inclusive and inspiring.
We have extended this model to include members acting as peer role models and ‘experts by experience’. Members also take on additional responsibilities through mentoring and adopting Tutor Assistant roles.
