Inspire members are learning about healthy lifestyles, keeping fit and having fun! We do this through a wide range of health and fitness activities including Tai Chi, bike rides, nature trails, adventure sports and gym sessions. Additionally, our members get the chance to learn about healthy eating and menu planning to maintain a balanced diet in our daily cooking and baking classes.
We have been working with the NHS to develop a Health and Fitness Club. We aim to share our knowledge on healthy lifestyles with the local community, demonstrating fitness routines and sports activities, as well as sharing healthy cooking tips.
