Health and Wellbeing


Inspire members are learning about healthy lifestyles, keeping fit and having fun, through a wide range of health and fitness activities. These include Tai Chi, bike rides and nature trails, and adventure sports.

Through our catering training, members are also learning about healthy eating and menu planning to maintain a balanced diet.

We have been working with the NHS to develop a Health and Fitness Club, to share our knowledge on healthy lifestyles with the local community, demonstrating fitness routines and sports activities and sharing healthy cooking tips.
